Here at Easyfairs we believe that your online safety and privacy is of the upmost importance and that is why we take pride in ensuring that you feel safe working with us in this evolving online world.

We have received multiple emails and complaints about companies posing as us trying to sell our attendee data, this is something we absolutely do not do. The data provided by these companies is, most of the time, either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake and/or have been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you receive emails from people or companies claiming to be us selling data or anything else that may seem malicious, please make sure you delete the email and do not open any links they may have sent you as it is likely a scam. Do not make payments to the companies behind these emails/scams under any circumstances. Let a member of the team know if you receive an email like this, this will help us to move forward in a safer manner.
