Now that you’ve secured your place at Packaging Innovation and Empack, we’re here to help you get the most out of your investment. The marketing tools listed below are included at no extra cost as part of your stand package. These tools are designed to help you attract the right visitors and generate leads in the leadup to the event. While our marketing team is here to support you, actively using these resources will be key to achieving the success you’re aiming for.

After booking your stand, you should receive your ‘My Easyfairs’ login details. If you need assistance or you haven’t received this, please contact  marketing@packagingbirmingham.com.

Creating and sending well-designed, personalized invitations can be time-consuming, but we can make it easier for you! We offer two convenient options:

  • Editable HTML Emails: Our team can provide you with an editable HTML email, which you can quickly send out to your database, helping you promote your participation effortlessly through your own email system.
  • Secure Data Upload: Simply upload your data to our secure system, and our team will send personalized invitations on your behalf, inviting your most valued clients to visit your stand at the show.

Postal Mailing

Sending postal mailings can be expensive, but ensures your message is read by your target audience. We offer two options to make it easier for you:

  • Secure Mailing Tool: We can send up to 100 personalised invitations on your behalf, free of charge, directly to your UK database.
  • Direct Mail: We can send up to 100 personalised invitations to your company address, which you can then distribute to your clients and prospects as needed.

Easyfairs draws your attention to fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.

If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. Easyfairs never sells visitor data to third parties.
The data provided by these companies is most of the time either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even fake and/or have been gathered or acquired in contravention of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any use that such companies make of the name Easyfairs or Packaging Innovations & Empack is without our authorisation and is illegal.
