Key Activities / Measurables Activities Safety Ensure safe working practices are developed and maintained within area of responsibility and strive towards a goal of zero injuries. Complete 5 SUSA’S (behavioral discussions) per week and encourage the reporting of close calls. Productivity and cost reduction Conduct loss studies using existing data systems to develop pareto analysis of breakdowns scrap studies, develop and complete projects to address identified opportunities Focus on machine stops and set-ups, develop projects to improve by focusing on teamwork and engineering improvements Where needed develop, implement and monitor appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring performance is communicated and understood at all levels Lead productivity and process improvement projects and prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends, recommending actions.
