Your role here
You will provide clear and thorough information and guidance to colleagues in Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure that all customer requirements are met. You will build and maintain excellent rapport with all clients, internal and external. It is necessary to demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, attention to detail, effective written and confident verbal communication skills, good organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Your experience and background
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
• Experience building relationships with key client decision-makers and visiting them as and when necessary, with the Sales Team
• Enjoy answering incoming telephone calls politely, efficiently, and effectively
• Ability to establish future product demand and plan supply
• Effective handling and prioritizing of new, incoming sales inquiries, listening and identifying client needs, and suggesting the most appropriate solutions
• Can handle deadlines and prioritize busy workload as necessary
