Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships, both new and existing, to achieve sales targets, sales growth, and profitability goals within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business leads through your own research, identifying market trends.
• Be active and visible in the marketplace in order to showcase the organisations current profile and objectives within the sectors.
• Organise and structure your diary in order to maximise your customer visits in a timely manner.
• Ability and desire to liaise with all departments within the organisation including Design, Technical and Production.
• Strong negotiating skills with the ability to identify buying signals and close sales.
• Foster multifunctional relationships with customers, creating action plans to meet objectives and identify potential new opportunities.
• Proactively identify and secure new account/customer opportunities with significant growth and profit potential.
• Establish a reputation as a territory expert by conducting accurate competitor analysis.
• Stay ahead of market changes and provide regular feedback on account behaviors, needs, and purchasing trends.
• Handle contract negotiations, resolutions, and address product, quality, and service issues with customers within the assigned territory.
Requirements
• Must live in England
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in the Packaging industry
• Possesses outstanding customer service abilities and excels in establishing and nurturing robust relationships.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and technical skills, including MS Office experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Driving Licence

• Monday to Friday
Remuneration
• Job Type: Full-Time
• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum OTE uncapped.
• Basic salary £27,000 – £30,000.
• Company phone and laptop.
