The ATS US-2000 IBL-SM-E is a real all-rounder.
Not only does it band a huge range of products – from playing cards to pharmaceutical leaflets, from apples in trays to convenience food and from stacked sponge wipes to folding cartons – but it also takes on many other tasks as required. The use of PLC (programmable logic controller) ensures easy integration into existing production and packaging lines. Depending on requirements, it takes over products from a non-stop feeder, stacks and aligns products, counts products or receives data from an upstream system and prints variable information (e.g. QR codes) on the bands using thermal transfer printing.
US-2000 IBL-SM-E standardly processes tapes made of paper or film with a width of 30 mm.
