The Fuzione® Trays are part of our chilled food to go range. These packs are perfect for packing foods such as salad, antipasti, deli products, meat, and ready meals.
The Fuzione® Trays are made from FSC printed kraft effect board with a webbed construction to be leakproof. The paperboard trays and the anti-mist 100% recycled plastic lids, combine to exploit the specific properties of these materials to the maximum. The printed kraft effect trays have a PE coating which provides a greaseproof and waterproof barrier from dressings and sauces. Stack guides on all four sides of the lids align multiple packs for improved vertical stacking and superb on-shelf impact. Corner grips on the lids create an easier closure and tighter seal.
The trays are stable and easy to use with wide appertures that are great for easy filling and for the consumer to eat from. With a wipable printed kraft exterior the trays are delivered nested and are therefore space efficient in a prep area.
This printed kraft effect trays and the rPET lids are both recyclable in designated waste streams after use. The lids contain a minimum of 100% recycled plastic.
The Fuzione® Trays are suitable for the food retail trade. For example the ready-to-eat section in supermarkets, delis, convenience stores, takeaway shops, bakeries, coffee shops and markets.
Custom print manufacture is available for this range (minimum order applies). Indeed the unrestricted front panels offer much improved aesthetics and opportunities for custom branding/printing.
