New Generation of Pharma Packaging „Flipdropper®“ for GL 18 bottles
Flipdropper is a single-piece flip top cap with tamper evidence and integrated drip function. The cap is made out of pharma-grade material and is therefore suitable for the pharmaceutical, medicine and also for lifestyle products. With the GL 18 thread it fits on a wide range of standard bottles in glass or plastic. These flip top cap is a tamper-evident closure with double protection between bottle and closure and with a small seal on the flip-top lid, which only breaks when first used.
The flip top cap is very easy to open, even with only one hand. There is no tiresome on or off screwing necessary. The enduser can use it with only one hand. So older people can open it very easy. If you open it at the first time the visable tamper-evident seal falls into a pocket. After that you may have a quick product access. With the integrated drip function, the dosing will start as soon as the bottle turned down. If you are ready with dosing, it can be securely resealed. This is possible regarding the simple push- and pull mechanism. You are also very flexible with the viscosities. The universal dropper inside makes it possible to drop different kind of liquids sovereign.
For the bottler it´s also a big advantage because for processing on the machine – its not needed to assembly the dropper into the cap. So the dropper can not fall out of the cap during the process. So it´s perfect because you don´t have extra cost for format parts or feed rails.
