Description

The FillPak Trident Mini™ is a 100% paper-based protective packaging solution that potentially delivers an average 20-25% reduction in paper usage compared to other paper-based machines and can eliminate the use of non-sustainable plastic-based products like airbags.

Due to its triangular shaped paper pads, the FillPak Trident Mini is a flexible and easy to use packaging solution that can serve in void fill applications while providing additional blocking, bracing, and fixation for safe product delivery in shipping.

Easy loading  
A simple loading process saves time and improves efficiency. This makes FillPak Trident Mini an ideal choice for high-volume environments like 3PL, fulfillment and distribution centers.

Various operating modes  
With a touchscreen and two operation modes, foot pedal mode, EDS mode (Electronic Delivery System), users can quickly navigate and utilize custom packaging solutions and pre-set modes.

Integration in the packaging process & stations 
With stand-alone and table top versions available, FillPak Trident Mini can be placed on or within an advantageous spot along your packing table.

Multiple paper types
Multiple paper types are offered. This makes packaging possible for void fill, blocking & bracing, and fixation thanks to the versatility of performance among these paper grades.
