Amberley Labels, part of the Coveris Group, has been awarded the prestigious Label of the Year prize at the UK Packaging Awards 2023. The award recognises Amberley Labels’ efforts for luxury craft gin brand, Hawkridge Gin.
Celebrating excellence in packaging design, production, and innovation, the UK Packaging Awards were hosted at the renowned Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Thursday 12th October 2023. Amberley Labels was unveiled as the winner in the highly competitive Label of the Year category from four finalists, which included another Amberley Labels entry, a wine label for Gusbourne English Rosé 2022, and a linerless label produced by Coveris for Gressingham Foods.
Exquisite and decadent, Hawkridge Gin by Hawkridge Distillers embodies opulence from its Victorian-inspired recipes through to its truly eye-catching packaging. Hawkridge Gin’s labels for its signature Victorian Botanical Tea Blend and Victorian Floral Botanical Blend were enhanced in a technically challenging embellishment project with Amberley Labels.
Combining metallic embellishment and impressive tactile embossing, the intricate Hawkridge Gin labels feature visual and tactile luxury effects for greater consumer appeal and premium positioning. Amberley’s crafting of Hawkridge Gin’s labels is successful in advancing the designs’ impact from stunning to spectacular.
