ERTUG® is a leading rack manufacturer that specializes in supplying high-quality automotive shipping racks,returnable shipping racks, and portable stack racks made from various materials for different industries.
Our managerial, technical, and production personnel have extensive experience in engineering,designing, and manufacturing various types of metal pallets for the
automotive industry, including both standard and custom designs. We also specialize in producing steel cabinets for the banking and finance sector, security cabinets, diverse steel constructions, aluminum boxes, and various other projects.
Our factory consists of two buildings:a steel
construction area and an assembly area. The
construction area is situated on 14.152 m² of land, with over 9.000 m² closed area. The seperate assembly area is 2.000 m² .
We are equipped with all the necessary machinery, including CNC routers, laser cutting machines, robot welders, press brakes, bending machines, welding machines, powder paint ovens, as well as drilling, turning, and milling machines.
Our company boasts a workforce of nearly 200 employees, including 20 highly skilled technical engineers. The total number of employees
can be scaled up as per the requirements of the product volume and time constraints.
To ensure the highest quality standards, we prioritize the certification by Lıoyd’s, guaranteeing their expertise and competence. This allows us to maintain a high level of precision in our manufacturing
processes, with robot manufacturing lines adhering to ± 0.5mm tolerances. Additionally, we utilize state-of-the-art CMM machines for
price measurements.
