Our trays are delivered flat-packed to minimise storage and transport volume and can be erected automatically on your existing machinery or on Solidus-provided erecting machines, with full year-round technical support. The strong solid board allows for high stacking on pallets and excellent performance during long-distance transport.

Machine erected trays are fully customisable in size, board grade, and high-quality printing, including offset and flexo options, enabling optimal branding and shelf appeal. Water-resistant coatings and various liners are available to suit product-specific requirements.
