Glass jars and bottles for food

We offer a range of off-the-shelf or bespoke glass jars and bottles for food. Glass is viewed by many as being the optimal packaging solution when it comes to balancing environmental considerations with functional needs, such as visual appeal. All our products are made to internationally recognised quality standards and have a very high lustre and clarity. Our glass products are all recyclable and we also take care of distribution through our own UK logistics and warehouse hub, transporting packaging to Aegg’s customers all around the UK and beyond. 210ml tumbler (available in light weighted PP)

Our 210ml tumbler offers a beautiful packaging solution to your food product. Elegant and table presentable, what better way to present your layered dessert or seafood product. It looks great in a twin pack and potentially a great treat for those special nights in or family celebrations. Available in PP and PS. The tumbler is available in light weighted PP, taking up to 30% of the weight out of the pot, reducing both the cost and tax liability of the packaging without compromising the functionality. rPP is not currently widely available and carries a high premium, making Aegg’s light weighted PP products more cost-effective. 230ml rPET tulip pot (PPT exempt)

Our lightweight rPET tulip pot is sure to excite your customers with its tactile feel and recyclable credentials. A great way to present your product be it seafood or dessert. It looks great in a twin pack or individual offering. In April 2022, the UK Government brought in the Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT). From April 2024, the new rate of £217.85 per tonne applies to plastic packaging that does not contain at least 30% recycled plastic. The tulip pot is in our new range of PPT-friendly solutions, which includes 30% recycled material, making the tulip pot PPT-exempt. 135ml rPET heritage pot (Plastic Packaging Tax exempt)

With a brim-full capacity of 135ml (175ml coming soon!) and created using rPET, a recyclable plastic, this is ideal for giving your dessert even more shelf-and table appeal... From April 2024, the new rate of £217.85 per tonne applies to plastic packaging that does not contain at least 30% recycled plastic.. The heritage pot is part of our new range of PPT-friendly solutions, which includes 30% recycled material, making them PPT-exempt. We spent a lot of design time getting this pot to look the bees knees. With a neck narrower than the body this pot brings an appeal of eating out of something a little more rustic. Spirits bottles

We have introduced a range of new and exclusive glass spirit bottles aimed at core spirit brands, supermarket brands and artisanal spirit producers. These premium flint spirit bottles are exclusive to Aegg in the UK, feature a cork finish, and each hold 70cl. The custom-designed traditional look with a modern twist makes these bottles ideal for whisky, gin, vodka, and rum, although their versatile design appeals to most spirits categories. The off-the-shelf spirit bottles range can be further tailored for more bespoke designs, including embossing, debossing, frosting, screen printing and colour spraying. Our glass spirit bottle range is fully recyclable, reusable and environmentally friendly. Our 'Yenice' spirits bottle is on average 20% lighter than other similar bottles available in the UK. The lighter weight makes it more environmentally friendly, as it uses fewer raw materials and creates less CO2 during manufacturing and onward distribution. Even though the bottle is lighter, there is absolutely no compromise on quality and it is fully recyclable. Our new 'Gediz' bottle is perfectly designed, creating instant shelf appeal, through an extra-large panel area for screen printing, transfer work or label application of your choice. Yenice Spirit Bottle

The 'Yenice' is part of Aegg's carefully curated range of flint spirits bottles and is ideal for a variety of spirits including whisky, gin, vodka, and rum. The ‘Yenice’ spirit bottle is on average 20%* lighter than other similar bottles available in the UK. The lighter weight makes it more environmentally friendly, as it uses fewer raw materials and creates less CO2 during manufacturing and onward distribution. Even though the bottle is lighter, there is absolutely no compromise on quality and it is fully recyclable. *Based on comparing the weight of 6 similar bottles currently available in the UK, with an average weight of 669g. The Yenice bottle weighs 525g.
