This is a legal requirement. Every exhibiting company must complete a Risk Assessment and a Health & Safety Declaration for their stand. The forms are now online please click on the links below to complete each form
Note, these forms are in addition to the risk assessment that accompanies space only stand plans.

| 11th January 2023 | Order additional items before surcharge via the MyEasyfairs web shop. |
| 11th January 2023 | Complete the Compulsory Exhibitor Forms |
| 13th January 2023 | Send the following Customer Build/Space Only Stand documents to Ops Squad: admin@opssquad.co.uk stand company name stand number contractor company name contractors contact details stand visuals detailed scale drawings, including plan views and elevations details of the materials used to construct the stand Construction Phase Plan a copy of the stand contractor’s Public Liability Insurance certificate details of inflatables and/or rigged elements (if applicable) structural calculations (complex stand builds only) |
| 13th January 2023 | stand contractor’s Risk Assessment: to include fire hazards Health and Safety Declaration form, signed by the contractor stand contractor’s Method Statement, which must include details of any unusual exhibits or activities on the stand (any machinery, working kitchens, moving visitor attractions) |
| 3rd February 2023 | ARTWORK SUBMISSION DEADLIEN FOR ALL ORDERS |
