Current lotion pumps are manufactured with several different materials including metal and glass, even those who claim to be 'All Plastic' are manufactured in different plastics and therefore are difficult to to recycle and seperate, plus the reclaim is not commercially viable as PCR material......so...... most will end up in landfill! This new product will change the way plastic is seen in the market place, the recycled reclaim material will be worth the same as virgin material, making it commercially viable and safe to use in manufacture. Our Single Plastic Lotion Pump will be available in neck sizes, 24/410 and 28/410 with several actuator head designs, Saddle, Teardrop, and designs to suit your market sector. The lock-up lotion pump offers transportation security and the no spring design ensures the user will enjoy a smooth and effortless operation. Created by Zeus's creative packaging division, BoxMart, this reusable advent calendar for Thornbridge Brewery was awarded Best Corrugated: Online and Consumer Goods at the 2024 UK Packaging Awards. Using sustainably sourced board, this advent calendar was marketed in 2023 as a truly disruptive product in the competitive beer advent market. BoxMart were challenged to create "the UK's most sustainable advent calendar". Their solution was a mono material solution, using sustainably sourced and fully recyclable board. The pack was screen printed with water based inks. The pack was designed to be multifunctional. A rectangular outer pack contained 24 individual cartons for a mix of 330ml and 440ml cans. A central gift box held seasonal merchandise. When removed the boxes could be stacked into a Christmas tree decoration and after use each component was easy to disassemble for storage until next year. Thornbridge then created refill packs to enable reuse without the outlay of a new calendar. Great for packaging reduction, and to increase customer loyalty.
