Tactile Varnish A high-build varnish printed directly onto the product results in a distinctive tactile texture. It gives a gloss embossed effect to further enhance the product by selecting a coextruded soft touch matt finish. Here our ABG Digicon Series 3 is producing a tactile varnish through the doming process. This allows a high tactile varnish which can be used for different purposes. One way is for warning triangles as seen in the video. It can also provides you with superior screen quality on your labels. This finishing process can take your labels to the next level allowing you to stand out on the shelves or meet certain requirements.

Our tamper evident, plastic free tube is a 2-part tube with the bottom end cap removed allowing for hand filling, fully sealed without an external label. To close the tube special water activated glue on the end cap is re-activated and placed onto the tube creating a secure pack opened using the custom designed tear strip at the top.

Available in IML, with orange peel (pictured) or transparent finish. Containers with lids are intended for direct contact with watery, acidic, fat food products, which are at room temperature and below. Suitable for contact with the hot filling (85°C - 95°C) and short-term use in the microwave.

From 100 grams up to large formats, cake moulds for all uses Tart moulds are available in various sizes, from 100 grams up to family size, and also in different colours. The traditional brown version with gold print is OK Compost Industrial certified compostable. The Ecopack baking moulds for tarts and cakes are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines. They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The cake moulds, made of corrugated paper, are certified and approved for food contact. The different colours of the 100 g moulds also make the moulds particularly suitable for the presentation of the final product and for combining flavours and colours. The cake moulds in brown with gold flower print are OK Compost Industrial certified compostable.
