Our smooth sided caps are formed from tinplate for robust rigidity and currently come in 38 / 45 / 53mm sizes with further options to follow. All our smooth sided caps are manufactured to order at our BRCGS certified facility in Huddersfield and supplied in pallet quantities. As with our continuous thread caps, standard smooth sided caps are supplied clear lacquered, and can be customised with plain colour printing, printed designs or embossing/debossing. Standard caps are supplied with HS35 (two piece) liners but other options are available.
