Sachet and Stickpack machines Our range of horizontal sachet packing machines is suitable for many applications and budgets. Our sachet machines are capable of producing sachets with widths ranging from 30 to 170 mm, achieving speeds of up to 200 sachets per minute. They can fill and seal multiple sachet styles, including three- and four-sided sachets, various shapes, Euro-slot sachets, sachets with zippers, and more. Additionally, our Postpack sachet filling machines can seamlessly integrate with labelling devices and a variety of filling systems, as well as post-machine collation and packing systems for enhanced flexibility and functionality. Stick packs are commonly used to package single-serve portions of powders, liquids, granules and other products. A stick pack machine is designed to produce small convenient single-use portion packs normally at medium to high throughputs. The stick pack machines are a type of vertical form fill seal machine (VFFS) and instead of producing one pack at a time as traditional VFFS machines do, stick pack machines produce multiple small VFFS packs with each cycle. A single roll of film mounted on an unwinding station feeds a continuous sheet of packaging film through several tensioning rollers and through a printer bracket where a batch code can be applied to each stick if required. The product is then dispensed into the tube through a filling system and then is sealed at both ends to create a single stick pack. The film continues to the eye mark sensor which detects the printed eye mark on the film and sends a signal to the stick pack machine to dose the product, seal and cut. The sticks are then either collated in batches and into bulk boxes or streamed along conveyors to cartons or other packaging machines.

We produce a wide variety of mono and PA/PE films suitable for vertical and horizontal form fill seal. These films can withstand highly acidic and high fat environments, seal well through contamination and can be adapted for use in hot-fill conditions. Our mono range of films for sachet application can be refrigerated and/or frozen once sealed providing additional material use flexibility. We can print in flexo or gravure in up to 8 colours or have blue tint options also available.

Sachets and pouches give you an enormous amount of choice in terms of size, shape and dispensing method. They are suitable for a wide range of products, including liquids, granules or powder and have great shelf presence. In fact, anything that flows or falls can be dispensed into this versatile form of packaging, making them excellent replacements for bottles, jars and tubes or as samples before you launch your actual range in there larger containers.

A floral sensation! We loved doing these boxes for Sanctuary Spa. A cartonboard box printed on the coated side and adorned with gold leaf detailed foil blocking. To finish it off we printed a sleeve with foil blocking elements to give the box a great big hug and keep the products inside.
