Ecopack’s baking moulds for plumcakes are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, and are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.

They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The plumcake moulds are certified and approved for food contact.

The plumcake moulds are available in various sizes, with or without gold flower printing, and also in a silicone-coated version to allow for greater product release after baking. Plumcake moulds can be used to bake different types of preparations, both sweet and savoury.
