Expac is a UK based contract manufacturer specialising in the development and manufacturing of personal care, household care and pet care products. Established in 1980, Expac have 40 years of industry experience supporting brands in the formulation and manufacturing of globally recognised products. With a reputation for flexibility, quality and outstanding service, Expac have the capability to produce a wide range of toiletry, cosmetic and household products across powders, surfactants, emulsions, gels, salts, balms, waxes, oils and alcohol-based formulations. Water-soluble non-woven material is designed to dissolve in hot water (around 90°C), leaving no microplastics or visible residue behind. It uses a patented formulation blending plant-based fibres, seaweed extracts, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), helping reduce reliance on fossil-based plastics. The dissolving temperature can also be tuned to suit different client use-cases.
