About us
Ecopack S.p.A. produces paper baking moulds for the bakery and confectionary industry: panettone, tarts, loaf cakes, muffins, all our moulds are suitable for denesting on automatic lines and are suitable for the oven and the freezer. The properties of our moulds make our products suitable for both industries and distributors.
The company was established in Turin, Italy, in 1939: over the years, it grew and expanded to six production plants worldwide, and now Ecopack serves customers from more than 80 countries from its plants in Italy, Brazil, Canada, Russia, Tunisia and India.
Our main goal is to produce world-class quality products, suitable for industries worldwide, with minimum tolerance but great technical properties. Moreover, we believe in a sustainable business development: that’s why we offer FSC, PFAS-free paper and a wide range of compostable products.
Our certifications, sustainability reports and participation in the UN Global Compact are the tangible results of a day-to-day commitment to create great products with minimal impact.
Products & services
Pie Moulds
Ecopack pie moulds include a wide range of round, rectangular and square shapes ranging from single-portion to large formats and are suitable for both sweet and savoury preparations such as tarts, quiches, cakes, plumcakes, buns, etc. They are suitable for baking at up to 220 °C and for freezing. The non-stick, greaseproof paper means that the moulds do not need to be buttered before use, allowing easy release of the product after baking. They are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines. Microperforation and customisation are available on request. Pie moulds can also be combined with R-PET lids, making them suitable for delivery, take-away and use in deli or retail counters.
Muffin solutions - Muffin moulds
Ecopack’s muffin cups are manufactured on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic de-moulding machines. Ideal for sweet and savoury preparations, the muffin moulds can withstand baking at up to 220 °C and are suitable for freezing. Ecopack muffin cups are made of greaseproof, non-stick paper approved for food contact. Available in white or brown paper, the muffin moulds are self-supporting and do not require baking trays. For those who require a baking tray system, Ecopack offers a selection of muffin trays: available in two sizes and colours, the trays are perforated for easy breakdown. Also available with MUFFIN TRAYS.
Muffins solutions - Tulip moulds
The Ecopack tulip cups are made of paper that is resistant to high temperatures in the oven up to 220 °C, are suitable for freezing and are made of greaseproof paper. They are suitable for baking muffins and other types of dough both sweet, such as muffins and cupcakes, and savoury. Lotus cups in white and brown versions are OK Compost Home certified compostable. They can be used on automatic cups machines and are not self-supporting, requiring metal or cardboard baking trays. They are available in different sizes and colours.
Muffins solutions - Lotus moulds
Ecopack lotus muffin cups are made of paper resistant to high temperatures in the oven up to 220 °C, are suitable for freezing and are made of greaseproof paper. They are suitable for baking muffins and other types of dough, both sweet and savoury. They can be used on automatic baking machines and are not self-supporting, requiring metal or cardboard baking trays. They are available in different sizes, with straight or rounded tips, and different colours. The white and brown lotus cups are also OK Compost Home certified compostable.
Muffin solutions - Panettoncino
The Ecopack baking molds for Panettone Alto are made with high-precision automatic lines, which guarantee a minimum size tolerance and make the moulds suitable for use on automatic denesters. They are oven safe up to 220 °C, freezing resistant and are certified and approved for contact with food. The baking moulds for Panettoncino are available in many sizes and designs: they withstand temperatures between -18 and 220 degrees celsius, meaning they can be used from the baking to the freezing process. They are available in three compostable versions (brown, kraft and premium) and they can be used in the microwave and air fryer.
Plumcake Solutions - Plumpy
Our plumpy are available in 3 sizes and 6 different colours, to suit any recipe. They are denestable, they can be baked up to 220°C and frozen up to -18°C. The non-stick, greaseproof paper means that the moulds do not need to be buttered before use, allowing easy release of the product after baking. The plumpys can also be used in the microwave and air fryer.
Plumcake Solutions - Plumcake
Ecopack’s baking moulds for plumcakes are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, and are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines. They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The plumcake moulds are certified and approved for food contact. The plumcake moulds are available in various sizes, with or without gold flower printing, and also in a silicone-coated version to allow for greater product release after baking. Plumcake moulds can be used to bake different types of preparations, both sweet and savoury.
Paper Cups
Thanks to the know-how developed over the years and collaboration with leading companies in the bakery automation industry, Ecopack is able to make industrial paper cups of any size and suitable for any need. Sizes are designed according to customer requirements, ensuring maximum efficiency on production lines during the automatic denesting phase. Ecopack paper cups are made with papers of different weights and properties, e.g., grease-proof, slip easy for automatic lines, or silicone paper for better product release. Our paper cups can withstand baking up to 220° C and are suitable for freezing. We can also customise paper cups!
Tart Moulds
From 100 grams up to large formats, cake moulds for all uses Tart moulds are available in various sizes, from 100 grams up to family size, and also in different colours. The traditional brown version with gold print is OK Compost Industrial certified compostable. The Ecopack baking moulds for tarts and cakes are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines. They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The cake moulds, made of corrugated paper, are certified and approved for food contact. The different colours of the 100 g moulds also make the moulds particularly suitable for the presentation of the final product and for combining flavours and colours. The cake moulds in brown with gold flower print are OK Compost Industrial certified compostable.
