Dr. Samuel West is both a clinical psychologist and an organizational psychologist. His research at Lund University in Sweden focused on how organizations can boost innovation by encouraging playful experimentation and exploration. Samuel has consulted global organizations on enhancing creativity and innovation for well over over a decade. He is the founder and curator of the Museum of Failure. The museum’s collection of innovation failures has toured the world, it is currently in Paris. The newly opened MOX Institute in Spain hopes to lure clients to sunny Malaga for team events. He is American-Icelandic, and now lives in a small mountain village in Spain (yes, think goats and donkeys)
