Luxury packaging is judged on touch and appearance. Our natural polymer coating is fingerprint-resistant, keeping high-gloss and dark finishes flawless on shelf and in hand, while sealing out the moisture, grease and oxygen that premium products demand. It delivers barrier performance measured on industrial equipment: MVTR 5-8 g/m²/day, OTR 4-7 cc/m²/day and COBB 45-77 g/m², matching the protection of a conventional PE lining.

The difference is what happens next. Because the coating is a single natural polymer applied to fibre, the finished pack recycles with the paper stream rather than contaminating it, achieving a CEPI recyclability score of 84/100. There is no PE and no PFAS to strip out, no plastic window or laminate to separate, and no penalty at end-of-life.

It is built to drop in. The coating runs on existing roll-to-roll coating lines, so converters and brands adopt it without new equipment or capital investment, and without re-engineering their packaging. Commercial availability is on track for 2027.

For premium brands and their converters, that means a tactile, high-gloss finish and proven barrier protection on a single-material pack that meets tightening EPR and PPWR recyclability requirements head-on.
