Flexible Pouches

Our Services include the production of pouches from start to finish. We can provide flexible packaging options for various markets and products in a variety of material choices and finishes, including embellishments and sealing methods. Concept proofing – Short runs of products showing variations in images, finishes and materials. This will provide you with samples of your order without committing to full production. White label packaging and invoicing. As a supplier we will package, ship and invoice without any Harkwell branding. If supplied, we can use your own branding. Materials: 100% Recyclable, compostable or standard triplex barrier materials requiring specialist recycling options are available Finishes: Gloss, Matt and Soft touch. Quantities: We offer large or small pouch quantities. Keeping the same size and material spec enables you to mix and match kinds and spread the cost over all products with no origination costs. Label Printing

We provide custom printed self-adhesive digital labels and stickers around the UK and Europe. The labels are printed on a wide range of materials including polyethylene, polypropylene, paper (including high quality textured paper), metalised film and sustainable substrates for various markets. Our labels are manufactured for a number of market places and they can include embellishments, from a simple varnish, high build varnish, laminate, foil and embossing. Peel & Reveal Labels

Sticker Sheets

STICKER SHEETS ​Sticker sheet printing is most common in A4 and A5 sizes Often used for offices, events, promotions, community groups and education sectors. With customer provided artwork Harkwell can offer bespoke designed stickers sheets suitable for resale or consumption. STICKER SHEETS Sticker sheets commonly supplied are A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A5 (148mm x 210mm) with multiple stickers per sheet. The joy of printing these digitally is each sheet can have multiple designs. They can be any shape you want. Used in various markets from health and education to promoting a new product. They could also be point of sale stickers (POS), price promise or flavour stickers. Promoting an event or product? A sheet of stickers as a free gift could help with that promotion. Hot Foiled Labels

Tactile Labels

Tactile Varnish A high-build varnish printed directly onto the product results in a distinctive tactile texture. It gives a gloss embossed effect to further enhance the product by selecting a coextruded soft touch matt finish. Here our ABG Digicon Series 3 is producing a tactile varnish through the doming process. This allows a high tactile varnish which can be used for different purposes. One way is for warning triangles as seen in the video. It can also provides you with superior screen quality on your labels.
