- Risk Assessment
- Shell Request Form – to be completed by all space only stands and any shell schemes that wish to remove items from the shell scheme stand package.
- Grid Plan – Download the pdf template by clicking on the button below
Please note, these forms cover the show open period, so must be completed in addition to space only stand plan submissions if you are a space only stand.
Monday 21st December 2026 | Order Additional items before surcharge via the MyEasyfairs portal. |
Monday 21st December 2026 | Complete the Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and Shell Request forms. |
Monday 21st December 2026 | Complete and return Grid Plan to pinec_ops@easyfairs.com |
Monday 21st December 2026 | All stand plans and RAMS must be uploaded to the FFair Portal. Contractor Contact Details, Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions, Risk Assessment, Method Statement , Type of Flooring you will be using , Electrical Plans, Rigging Plans, if applicable |
Wednesday 27th January 2027 | Last chance to order graphics for your stand via the web-shop |
Wednesday 3rd February 2027 | Last chance to send artwork files to be printed for your stand |
Wednesday 10th February 2027 | ‘MyEasyfairs’ Online shop will close. Last chance to order! |
