They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The plumcake moulds are certified and approved for food contact. The plumcake moulds are available in various sizes, with or without gold flower printing, and also in a silicone-coated version to allow for greater product release after baking. Plumcake moulds can be used to bake different types of preparations, both sweet and savoury.

Our plumpy are available in 3 sizes and 6 different colours, to suit any recipe. They are denestable, they can be baked up to 220°C and frozen up to -18°C. The non-stick, greaseproof paper means that the moulds do not need to be buttered before use, allowing easy release of the product after baking. The plumpys can also be used in the microwave and air fryer.
