There are two easy ways to inflate your Lilopack: By inflating the pouch prior to packaging and placing the bottles in, or, by placing the bottles in the inflated pouches and then inflating the pouch around it. Our range of air compressors and inflation kits are needed for the inflation of the packs. Easy to inflate: The pre-inserted valve makes inflation fast and easy. Save material costs: There is no need for voidfill, therefore saving you material costs whilst increasing process speed. Reduced packaging weight: The product only needs to be inflated with air, keeping them light and reducing your overall packaging weight. With our range of filling equipment, we are able to provide accurate and consistent filling for all types of flowing ambient liquids. We can fill anywhere from 5ml miniature bottles and single serve sachets up to 5 Litre jacks. Pack formats for liquids include bottles, jars, sachets and premade pouches.
