The LabelPack Compact WA is a high performance, automatic, bottle labeller for wrap around labels. The system can label over 100 products per minute with a typical product diameter of 80mm and label length of 180mm. The Compact WA is an-in-one bottle labeller, complete with 100mm x 2.0M conveyor, 500mm long wrap around belt, LabelPack 140mm wide labelling head and PLC controller with 7.1” colour touch screen. The speed of the conveyor, labelling head and wrap around belt can all be synchronised with an optional encoder. Alternative labelling heads and conveyors are available. The Compact TB-P has two labelling heads for two-sided labelling.

The LabelPack Label X JR is a programable, fully automatic wipe-on label applicator for more demanding labelling applications. The maximum label width is 140mm and larger label rolls up to 300mm in diameter can be accommodated. The applicator comes with a digital control unit for programming label parameters such as label length, conveyor speed and vertical position of the label on the product. The Label X-JR applicator can accommodate conveyor speeds up to 30M per minute and is able to store parameters for up to 40 different labelling applications. The Label X-JR comes with a heavy-duty floor stand, adjustable for top, side and bottom labelling and adjustment wheels for vertical and horizontal positioning. The label X-JR has advanced features such as automatic recovery of missing labels, a liner break alarm and optional end of reel detection and warning beacon.
