Each exhibiting company is entitled to 2 free parking tickets for onsite use. This year, the NEC is using a new system requiring online booking in advance – physical passes will no longer be issued.

A promo code will be sent before the event, allowing exhibitors to book free parking (including overnight, if selected). Bookings are valid from 96hrs before the show opens until 48hrs after it closes.

Important: Vehicles not pre-booked will need to pay on the day, or will be charged a non-refundable £25 exit fee, payable by card.

Build-up and break-down parking must be validated onsite to avoid charges.

• Exhibitors with a Voyage Control pass can validate parking at any pay-on-foot machine by entering their vehicle registration and scanning the QR code on their pass.

• Exhibitors without a Voyage Control pass can also validate at the machines by entering their vehicle registration and scanning a barcode, which can be obtained from the lorry park or in-hall security.

The validation process for either option must be completed in the venue before returning to the car park.
