EcoMak® | Mono-PP Recyclable Packaging

We have developed mono-PP solutions under the EcoMak® line, that allow for the substitution of the traditionally used, and widely unrecyclable, PET metalized and Aluminum, utilizing instead newly-developed versions of Polypropylene to deliver a mono-material packaging that is fully recyclable while offering barriers to light, oxygen and water vapours.

The innovative mono-PP structure is also suitable for acidic filling (ie. in packaging of olives) as it ensures that the product remains unaltered, as the low pH filling is contained successfully. In addition, the structure is rigid enough to take the form of a Doypack stand-up pouch, with all the additional benefits thus derived, such as ease-of-use and shelf appeal.
