Die-Cut / Pre-Cut Lidding

Quantum Packaging has developed a wide range of pre or die-cut lids / diaphragms in either Aluminium, PET, or Co-Ex format. We have a broad portfolio of lidding products that will seal to nearly every base substrate under a wide variety of conditions.

UV Flexo print technology is used to keep your up-front costs down without sacrificing print quality. This technology also allows us to print short runs from 100,000 lids upwards.

We have hundreds of die-cut lid shapes ensuring tooling costs are kept to a minimum.

​The material that you select for your pre-cut lid is critical and care should be taken to match the lidding material with your chosen pot. We are here, of course, to help and advise on the optimum solution.
