HB RTS expands its European platform with the acquisition of TPS Rental Systems, strengthening its leadership in sustainable load carrier rental and pooling and creating a one-stop-shop for reusable logistics solutions across Europe.

HB RTS, a logistics service provider and specialist in the rental and pooling of reusable load carriers has acquired TPS Rental Systems Ltd (TPS). This strategic step strengthens HB RTS’ position as a leading European platform for sustainable logistics solutions.

With the support of Arcus Infrastructure Partners, HB RTS has grown into a well-established European player in pooling, rental, transport, storage, and cleaning of reusable crates, pallets, boxes, and wheeled load carriers. The company provides fully managed return logistics across Europe and operates a pool of approximately six million load carriers, primarily serving the food and horticulture sectors.

TPS Rental Systems is a key provider of bulk container rental solutions, including steel and bag-in-box containers, as well as associated liner bags and custom-made accessories. This unique offering gives TPS a strong position within the supply chains of customers active in the European food and cosmetics industries.
