Unifold 1000L
Designed specifically for the storage & transportation of liquid products. The Unifold 1000L IBC Container has advanced features that overcome the shortcomings of many of the rival IBC bag in box systems. The Unifold 1000L is perfectly matched to the exacting hygiene standards of the food, cosmetic & toiletry industries.
Easifold 1000L
The Easifold 1000L is easy to assemble and fold, has reinforced, smooth hygienic side panels, and a press down lid with locks that engage automatically. The Drop door makes liners easy to install. The long side panels have an anti-collapsing device that holds the wall securely in place. The Easifold 1000L has a large sump space for easy valve handle application. The sump cover will attach, through a magnetic device, to the wall panel when open and will return to its original closed position automatically when the panels are folded.
Unifold 1000L Sump
The Unifold 1000L with Sump Discharge is a 1000 litre container designed specifically for the storage and transport of viscous products. It has a 165 degree sloping base for optimum discharge. The advanced features of Unifold containers have been developed by HBRTS to overcome the shortcomings of rival bag-in-box systems. Easy to clean and assemble, with no loose parts, the Unifold 1000 IBC corresponds to the exacting hygiene standards of the food and cosmetic and toiletries industries. The Unifold 1000 Sump Discharge is quickly and easily assembled by one person, and folds flat for return transport and storage.
Unifold 500ltr
The Unifold 500L container is based on the same concept as the Unifold 1000L IBC with no loose parts; it is designed to move smaller quantities where volume or space is an issue. This IBC container has been designed on the Euro deck pallet size of 800 x 1200 for ease of operation.
Easifold 500L
The Easifold 500L easy to assemble and fold, has reinforced, smooth hygienic side panels, and a press down lid with locks that engage automatically. The Drop door makes liners easy to install. The long side panels have an anti-collapsing device that holds the wall securely in place. The Easifold 500L has a large sump space suitable for various outlet options. The sump cover will attach, through a magnetic device, to the wall panel when open and will return to its original closed position automatically when the panels are folded. A TE clip with security number can be attached when the sump is locked for the tamper evidence (TE) function.
Autofill bag-in-box liner
The autofill liner is designed to make filling and discharging your containers a one person operation. No manual manipulation of the liner is required as your product is filled or discharged. The liner fills automatically in the same way as a rigid IBC or steel tank. The Autofill system includes the IBC, Autofill liner and front filling retainer to securely hold the liner in place without human intervention. A safe, affordable, reusable and environmentally friendly system. The following three images demonstrate the TPS Autofill System. Where the container is filled as a rigid tank, where you have a fixed head position and the liner fills automatically without any operator involvement. The following examples show the front fill retainer with an Autofill Liner in an IBC 1000L Container. The 500L container can also use the Autofill Liner system.
Magnum Optimum
This versatile, FLC container (large folding plastic pallet container) is designed for moving non-liquid products, from meat and fresh produce to valuable automotive parts and components. It has smooth internal and external surfaces. Drop down doors for ease of loading and unloading. 750kg unit load capacity. Its light weight modular design makes it fully repairable 100% recyclable.
UN Approved Hazardous Containers
For the transport and storage of Hazardous Liquids UN packaging groups 2 & 3. Capacity of 1000 litres. Fully drainable base. The outlet terminates in a Full flow, 3 piece, 2" Ball valve with PTFE seals, part F camlock and cap. Easy to fill using the large 460mm diameter manway or utilise the 4 x 2" BSP sockets on the tank top. Forklift truck and pallet truck and top lift. Self stacking, no need for racking, 4000 litres in one pallet space at a max SG of 2.6. Dimensions of H1140mm x L1150mm x W1150mm. Ideally suited to containerisation 304 stainless steel construction tank shell, 304 stainless steel pallet base. All seals are PTFE and all wetted areas are 304 Stainless Steel.
L1 1208 Pallet
This Euro L1 plastic pallet is a heavy-duty game changer for last-mile logistics. L3 1210 Pallet
The L3 pallet is a robust, durable plastic pallet designed for demanding intralogistics environments. With a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg in high-bay racking and standard anti-slip strips, it provides excellent grip—even on inclines or in damp conditions. Thanks to its reusable, maintenance-free design, the L3 significantly outperforms wooden alternatives in both lifespan and reliability.
H1 1208 Pallet
This plastic pallet is the standard version used across Europe. Strong and high-quality, it is easy to clean and a perfect example of the circular economy: it has a long service life and is fully recyclable.
E2 Crate
E-crates, also known as meat crates, are specifically developed for the meat industry and available in various sizes. They are highly hygienic, do not absorb unwanted odors or flavors, and are ideal for the safe storage and transport of meat and other food products. Thanks to their well-designed construction, they also perform perfectly in automated logistics systems.
Palletbox
This pallet box, also known as the Dolav, is designed for the efficient storage and transport of large volumes and is also suitable for food transportation. The pallet box has a long service life and is fully recyclable, making it a strong example of circular logistics. It is available in various sizes.
Smartbox 1208
This heavy-duty foldable large container (FLC), made from food-grade virgin HDPE, is ideal for transporting dry bulk goods, both food and non-food. Its foldable Euro design saves space during storage and return logistics, reducing costs and lowering the CO₂ footprint. Robust runners ensure optimal strength and stability throughout the entire supply chain.
