Autobag® Comcount BFW
A unique combination of optical counting and weighing facilities in one integrated unit which allows the machine to cover a wider range of applications. The unit can detect products from 1mm in width, 3mm to 75mm in length and up to 50mm in height. Easy access to job storage, system diagnostics and Individual Part Profiling with Siemens touch screen display. Small footprint of the combined BFW and Autobag® brand bagging machines configuration. High-accuracy optical counting system with variable sensitivity and integrated reject system to eliminate overcounts. Can be integrated with multiple counters and the Autobag® brand Maximizer for assembly line automation.
Autobag® 500 & AL500
The Autobag® Brand 500 automatic bag sealing machine is capable of cycling at speeds up to 100 bags per minute. The system features a simple design with very few moving parts, reducing lifetime cost and improving uptime. It can be networked for full pack station integration and is built with ergonomics in mind. It easily integrates with inline printers, such as the Autobag® Brand AL500, a high resolution inline printer capable of printing labels up to 100mm wide and 500mm long directly onto poly bags . It supports over 40 barcodes including 2D barcodes and True-type fonts and has a large on-board memory capacity for rapid label changeovers and maximum system uptime.
AUTOBAG® Brand 850HB
Processes poly and curbside recyclable paper bags with high-speed precision and print-on-bag capability. Handles Paper and Poly Bags Run both bag types on one system for maximum flexibility and sustainability. Inline Label Printing Print shipping labels directly onto bags—no extra steps needed.
ProPad® Horizontal Paper Cushioning Solution
Equipped with its four operating modes, the system increases throughput, reduces loading frequency, and minimises labour intensity. Sustainable Materials Utilises 100% recycled TigerPad® paper (85% post-industrial & 15% post-consumer fibres), which is kerbside recyclable and reusable. Energy-Efficient Design Features a patented single motor to reduce power consumption.
AUTOBAG® PS 125™ Tabletop Baggers
The AUTOBAG® PaceSetter PS 125 and PS 125 OneStep Tabletop Automatic Baggers efficiently bag and seal your products. These hand load machines bring simplicity, versatility and value to your low- to mid-volume production environment. Operating at speeds up to 25 bags per minute (15 BPM OneStep version), these machines offer innovative engineering in a straightforward, tabletop design. The PS 125 features a small footprint of 560 x 480mm and weighs just 37 kg. The quiet, all-electric design does not require compressed air to run. The AUTOBAG® PS 125 is simple to operate, with a user-friendly display that enables easy access to operating parameters, job set-up, job storage and on-board system diagnostics. The unique, locking turntable links with the AutoThread™ feature to provide ergonomic handling and bag changeover. Poly bags are automatically indexed, loaded by hand, then sealed using the Push-to-Seal™ automated sealer function, a standard footswitch, or via automatic cycle control.
