Boots Rigid boxes
A wonderful example of some of the Rigid Boxes we can offer at Qualvis. These 'little luxuries' from Boots are completed with foil blocking and a gold ribbon to act as a finishing touch.
Boots Beauty Advent Calendar
The Boots Beauty Advent, created for Christmas 2025, features inner boxes that were all sized, fitted and made to measure by our experienced CAD team. The rigid boxes were produced to colour-match the inner boxes, creating a beautifully coherent pack. A cartonboard sleeve with foil blocking was added to elevate the design and deliver a premium look and feel.

With a strip of foil blocking along the side, these John Frieda cartons sing of shelf - sleek, sophisticated and produced by us of course!
MAC make-up pack
Printed on Transfer metallisation board this MAC carton is all about shine! The texture in the carton is created by an overall embossing giving a tactile and premium finish.
Little Moons Cartons
Little Moons cartons come in a huge range of colours, flavours and different language variations as they continue their world domination of Mochi. We print these on the coated side of board and supported them with their latest rebrand for colour matchings and advice on how to use the Q-lustre on their packs to affordably elevate their design.

Printed on the uncoated side of board, these vibrant Dorset cereals look great on shelf with a range of delicious flavours and bright stand out print. Proving that even if you want to print on the uncoated side with us, your colours can still POP!
Sanctuary Spa gift set
A floral sensation! We loved doing these boxes for Sanctuary Spa. A cartonboard box printed on the coated side and adorned with gold leaf detailed foil blocking. To finish it off we printed a sleeve with foil blocking elements to give the box a great big hug and keep the products inside.
Q-contact Whitakers Print Week Winner 2024
This award-winning pack designed for Whitakers by Qualvis combines direct Q-contact inks and varnishes printed on the inside of the carton with a redesigned internal structure that securely holds the truffles. Together, these innovations enabled the complete removal of the double plastic clamshell, while still maintaining safe protection for the product through to the end customer. The overall carbon footprint was significantly reduced by replacing UV curing inks and varnishes with conventional inks and varnishes containing high levels of bio renewable content. The outer cellophane wrap was also removed and replaced with an integrated tear strip within the carton design, keeping the lid secure during transit and on shelf. Sustainability was further improved by switching to an FSC certified board from Holmen Board and Paper, with the material travelling just 225 miles from tree to carton manufacture.
Hard Creased Window Film
Our hard creased window film is an eco-friendly alternative to rigid rPET windows, this innovation removes 70% of plastic by weight* without sacrificing style or quality. Made with at least 30% recycled content, it delivers sharp edges and premium looks while staying fully recyclable and OPRL-compliant. Plus the efficient in-line process saves you time and money, while keeping EPR costs nicely in check every time it’s used in pack production.
Q-contact - Direct Food Contact Print
This pack is a great example of how direct food contact ink can elevate packaging design. The dessert is placed directly into the carton, yet the design was still able to achieve a festive Christmas-themed internal print without compromising food safety. For years, we have specialised in printed carton board that is not only visually striking but genuinely food safe. When customers asked for longer shelf life without sacrificing safety or appearance, we responded with innovation. By working closely with a trusted ink partner, we developed a solution that delivers a 24 month migration certification for direct food contact applications while maintaining rich lithographic colour. Our printed boards fully comply with Regulation EC 1935/2004 and are engineered to ensure no transfer of harmful substances, taste or odour.
ESTEE LAUDER pack with spot gloss
The simple and effective design on this pack show casing the brand and product. With a beautiful blush pink, the pack is also elevated by a spot gloss on the framing elements and the products.
Pop out top hat for Thomas Fudge's Selection box
‘HATS OFF’ to these beautiful packs. A creative way to showcase what the brand is all about, incorporating elements of the logo into Thomas Fudge’s selection pack through a clever perforated reveal. The perforation reveals the iconic top hat design while also showcasing the product inside. A perfect example of how pack design and carton manufacturing can be blended to create a true show-stopping pack.

It is also a double benefit, combining our Q-contact ink with Q-barrier board for enhanced protection and performance. For years, we have specialised in printed carton board that is not only visually striking but genuinely food safe. When customers asked for longer shelf life without sacrificing safety or appearance, we responded with innovation.
