Trays
DBM supplies a comprehensive range of thermoformed trays and injection-moulded pots, providing reliable packaging solutions. Serving manufacturers, processors, caterers, and retailers across multiple sectors, we offer packaging that combines functionality, product protection, and visual appeal. Our trays are manufactured from a wide selection of materials to suit different performance, sustainability, and end-use requirements. These include rPET, rPET/PE, CPET, PP, Bagasse (with multiple liner options), Paperboard and foil, offering options for chilled, frozen, ambient, microwaveable, and oven-ready applications. Our extensive tooling library enables us to produce a broad selection of standard tray formats, including but not limited to C2, C3, D1, D2, D3, D13, D15, D18, D21, E8, Half Gastro, Oval etc. Our range includes both single-compartment and multi-compartment trays in a variety of different depths, making them suitable for everything from fresh produce to bakery products, meats, and convenience foods. Flexible Films
We offer a variety of flexible packaging films for tray sealing and product packing applications across the food industry. Available in both plain and printed formats, our film solutions combine packaging performance with high-quality presentation and can be tailored to suit a wide range of products, machinery, and shelf-life requirements. Our portfolio includes lidding films, skin films, thermoforming films, and films for vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal applications. We also offer sustainable options incorporating over 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, helping customers meet their environmental objectives without compromising performance. Lidding Films - Our lidding films are suitable for sealing across our full range of tray materials and are available in peelable, weld seal, anti-fog, and high-barrier specifications to suit a variety of applications. Skin Films - Designed for vacuum skin packaging applications, our skin films deliver excellent product presentation and protection while helping to maximise shelf life. Thermoforming Films - Our thermoforming film range includes APET, rPET, rPET/PE, and PA/PE structures, available with a variety of options including silicone coatings and masterbatch additives to meet specific production and performance requirements. Our range includes direct thermal, thermal transfer, barcode, variable data, and fully printed labels, supplied on rolls, sheets, or fanfold packs to suit your production process and equipment. Through our manufacturing partners' digital and flexographic printing capabilities, we can support everything from short-run and multi-artwork requirements through to high-volume production. Printed labels are available in multiple colours and can incorporate a range of finishes including foiling, embossing, varnishes, and specialist coatings to enhance brand presentation. Pouches

Our portfolio includes stand-up pouches, flat pouches, retort pouches, vacuum pouches, and sous vide pouches, available in a variety of sizes, materials, and specifications to suit different product and shelf-life requirements. Vacuum pouches can be supplied in a range of gauges and formats, while our sous vide pouches are designed to perform in demanding cooking and food preparation environments. Both digital and conventional print options are available to support projects of all sizes. Digital printing offers a flexible solution for lower MOQ requirements, product launches, seasonal promotions, and multiple artwork variants, while gravure and flexographic printing provide cost-effective, high-quality production for larger volume requirements. Bespoke Design/Tooling
If your product requires a tray designed around its exact dimensions and requirements, rather than adapting the product to fit a standard format, we can provide a bespoke design service supported by cost-effective tooling solutions. Working with our manufacturing partners, we offer a dedicated in-house design and development service using advanced 3D modelling technology. Prototype samples can typically be produced within one week, allowing for fast product assessment, refinement, and approval. Our efficient tooling process helps keep development costs manageable, making the transition from concept to production both practical and affordable. For larger-volume projects, reduced unit costs can often help offset the initial tooling investment, delivering long-term value. From initial sampling through to order confirmation, tooling manufacture and finished product delivery can typically be completed within 4–6 weeks, ensuring a smooth and efficient route to market.
Value Engineering
We support customers in delivering cost-effective packaging solutions across both tray and flexible film formats through practical value engineering initiatives. Opportunities include downgauging tray thickness (micron), optimising existing designs, and converting structures such as rPET/PE to mono-material rPET where appropriate. For flexible films, we can also review material structures and specifications to reduce gauge, optimise performance, and remove unnecessary material usage while maintaining sealing and barrier requirements. These adjustments can help reduce overall material consumption, improve pack efficiency, and support sustainability objectives without compromising packaging performance or presentation. By reducing overall pack weight across trays and films, customers can also benefit from lower material costs and reduced Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) exposure, helping to drive down the total cost of packaging ownership. We work closely with customers to review existing specifications and identify commercially viable opportunities for cost savings, sustainability improvements, and supply chain efficiency across their packaging portfolio.
Stock Holding
DBM offer flexible stock holding solutions across all packaging formats. We maintain extensive stock of trays and flexible film to support our existing customer base, with supply managed against your forecasts to help ensure continuity and availability at all times. Existing stock is available with low minimum order quantities, typically from 1 pallet for trays and 1 roll for film. This provides the flexibility to order only what you need, reducing the need to hold excess inventory or allocate additional storage space. For higher volume requirements or bespoke product specifications, we can also bulk purchase and hold stock on your behalf, enabling scheduled call-off deliveries as and when required to align with your production demand. Payment is only due on receipt of goods, helping to improve cash flow and reduce upfront commitment, while ensuring a consistent and reliable supply across both standard stocked items and customer-specific inventory.
