With more than 30 years of experience in the contract packing industry, our team at Complete Co-packing Services are here to offer a ‘one-stop shop’ service to our clients. Our aim is to fit seamlessly with you, allowing you to focus on other core aspects of your business while we take care of your co-packing, warehousing and fulfilment requirements.
Products & services
Mixing and Blending
We offer mixing and blending services for both liquids and powders - whether your product requires a gentle agitation or high-shear mixing, we have the solution for you. Our 500L ribbon blender produces homogenous powder blends while our high-shear mixers can blend powders into liquids. Once blended, your product is ready for packing into your chosen format!
Powder & Dried Product Filling
Filling by volume or weight, our range of equipment can handle dried foods, powders and granules into small single serve packs all the way up to larger bags for food service. With manual, semi-automatic and automatic options available, we can ensure we find the right process at the right price and volume for you. Pack formats include jars, sachets, premade pouches, pillow packs, tubs and composite cans.
Afterpacking
We are here to help you with your gift packing and promotional packing needs. Our afterpacking services include kit collation and assembly, labelling, point of sale display, shelf ready packaging, flow wrapping, clip stripping, re-packing and re-work. We can pack various products including food and non-food and can work with our customers on bespoke projects.
Shrink Sleeving
Our steam shrink sleeve tunnel delivers a premium finish at an affordable price. The tunnel can shrink full or part body sleeves onto bottles, jars and cans. It is a great option for customers looking for high quality branding on their products.
Pasteurisation
At Complete Co-packing services we offer in-pack pasteurisation for pouches, sachets, glass bottles and jars. The filled products are lowered into our hot bath pasteurisers at an agreed time/temperature profile before cooling off in our cooling water baths. We can also offer validation of the process through in-pack data loggers.
Warehousing & Fulfilment
Our warehouse facility, split across two sites, offers 92,000 square foot of warehouse space which is certified by the Soil Association. With over 7,000 pallet spaces, we can store half pallets and full pallets as well as box and bin formats to minimise storage costs. Using the latest technology for warehousing, order tracking and management we offer order pick, pack and dispatch, stock exports, website integration and courier tracking. In addition to our ambient storage facility, we also have chilled and frozen storage available. Perfect for your chill-chain requirements, we can store raw materials ready for production and finished goods.
Quality Control
At Complete Co-packing Services our focus is always on quality. We are proud to hold our BRCGS AA certification as well as other accreditations such as ISO 14001. We are certified by the Soil Association for the packing and storing of Organic goods. Our factory based QA Lab allows us to carry out procedures such as equipment calibration, Brix testing, pH testing, viscosity testing, ATP swabbing, rapid allergen testing and average weights and measures. We are also able to carry out Microbiology testing using UKAS accredited laboratories.
Tablet Filling
Our tablet counting and filling machine has a flexible dispenser meaning we can pack into a variety of formats including bottles, tubs, pouches and sachets. The machine can work with tablets, capsules and soft gels of a range of sizes. The line is finished with an Enercon indication sealer which provides tamper evidence for bottles to maintain product freshness and safety.
Liquid Filling
With our range of filling equipment, we are able to provide accurate and consistent filling for all types of flowing ambient liquids. We can fill anywhere from 5ml miniature bottles and single serve sachets up to 5 Litre jacks. Pack formats for liquids include bottles, jars, sachets and premade pouches.
