The Epson ColorWorks C4000 is a new generation of colour label printer with a comprehensive level of connectivity offering a wider range of solution building. The C4000 range is able to simply integrate and connect into existing systems, drivers are available for ESC Label, windows, Linux and Mac. The C4000 also brings the ability to connect to IOS & Android allowing a wide range of applications and solutions that can operate from a tablet or similar. Two Versions of ink The range comes with a choice of either matte ink (MK) or gloss black ink (BK) models. The matte black ink model is ideal where a darker black is required on matte media and richer print if plain media. The gloss black ink model will create high quality prints on a more broader range of materials including synthetics and gloss labels. Note: The same Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridges are used on both versions of the C4000 Simple to install and operate The C4000 has been designed with ease of operator use, with a large 2.7inch LCD display to show current ink levels, status and settings. Rolls of label media can be easily swapped within seconds with a very simple paper path. The autocutter can also be replaced without an engineer. Durable Ink The C4000 uses the same ink as is found in the Epson C6000 series and C7500G label printers, offering a high level of durability with its pigment ink. You can expect a label that offers a good level of smudge, water and fade resistance. Connectivity Alongside the advancements of connectivity including IOS and Android, the C4000 has an option of adding a WI-FI dongle allowing the capability of printing from anywhere at any time.
