Sophie Lord is currently Head of Strategy at global brand and design consultancy Elmwood, part of MSQ. Sophie has over 20 years’ experience building, managing and growing brands, as a client, management consultant and agency leader, and has advised global leaders and start-ups across sectors in how to stand out and to drive authentic connection with consumers and society.

Throughout her career at Virgin, Accenture, Engine Group, WPP and Revolt, Sophie has championed putting purpose at the heart of brands, and over the last few years has led thinking in how to build brands with sustainability and inclusivity at the heart of the brand.

Sophie believes combining brand thinking with sustainable innovation, and activating this across all touch points, is how brands will win in our radically changing consumer landscape.
