Balkan Packaging manufactures custom-printed paper cups for coffee, tea, vending, takeaway, soft drinks and other hot or cold beverages.

Our single-wall cup range includes 4 oz, 6 oz, 7.5 oz vending, 8 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz formats. We also produce premium double-wall cups in 8 oz and 12 oz sizes. The double-wall construction provides improved heat insulation, greater comfort while holding hot beverages and a premium appearance, without requiring an additional cardboard sleeve.

Cups can be customised with the customer’s branding and artwork using high-quality flexographic printing. We support projects for coffee brands, petrol-station networks, vending operators, restaurant and café chains, retailers, distributors, events and private-label programmes.

Depending on the project requirements, cups can be produced with a standard PE barrier or with a water-based barrier as a more environmentally conscious alternative. We also offer FSC-certified paper options and can include the required SUP marking and other mandatory product information in the design.

Our range is complemented by paper lids in 80 mm and 90 mm diameters, enabling customers to source coordinated cup-and-lid solutions from a single manufacturer.

With five production lines and a monthly capacity of up to approximately 18 million cups and lids, we are equipped to support both individual promotional projects and large annual supply contracts.
