New Range of PUR Hot Melts

Sealock are pleased to announce our new range of FOLCO REACT PUR Reactive Hot Melts are now available in the UK.

Our FOLCO REACT grades have 100% solids content and maintain their physical strength upon cooling, followed by chemical cross-linking with moisture from air and the substrate to be bonded. The performance spectrum and the special property profile of polyurethane hot melts means they are used in a variety of industries including: automotive, wood and furniture, filters, abrasives, panels, flat lamination, and technical textiles.

Reactive PUR hot melt adhesives offer the following benefits over EVA hot melts:

Broad adhesion spectrum to a wide range of substrates
High initial strength
Excellent temperature and water resistance
Compatible with a wide variety of application processes (roller, spray, nozzle, etc.)
