ErgoPack enables a pallet to be strapped twice in under a minute, increasing output and reducing strain and fatigue for the operator.

ErgoPack feeds a strap through the base and around the pallet to the operator, who tensions and seals the strapping, whilst standing in an upright position. This is pallet strapping without having to bend, stretch or walk around the pallet - a definite health and safety benefit.

Green Recycled PET Strapping (2,500m reels) for ErgoPack pallet strapping machines

Our polyester strapping is 3.5 times lighter than steel, but super strong, with a breaking strength of up to 560kg. Polyester strapping has a high elasticity to keep your load secure. It’s shock-resistant, and safe – with no sharp edges or springing back when it’s cut. Made from recycled material, polyester strapping is clean and water-resistant and suitable for use in hand strapping tools, or automatic strapping machines. As the Official GB distributor for the ErgoPack pallet strapping machines, Wessex Packaging is pleased to be able to offer this strapping.
