Products & services
Flow Wrapping
If a product can be pushed, it can be packaged using horizontal bagging. This method is perfect for goods such as leaflets and solid food, like chocolate bars, particularly when multiple items need collating together for projects such as promotional items.
Hand Assembly
Labelling & Coding
WePack can source and apply fully printed labels to update packaging of all shapes and sizes quickly and easily. This gives clients the chance to offer their products with full colour labelling to add to their brand recognition. Labelling is high in versatility and a cost effective way of branding. Inkjet codes can be applied to most products in the form on inkjet or label. These are added to all food products to show the expiry date and batch code. These codes can be applied to any product that we handle.
Filling
Automated filling is ideal for free flowing liquids and dry products, including gels, creams and granular commodities, particularly cosmetics and toiletries, pet and gardening goods and cleaning or janitorial solutions.
Sachets & Pouches
Sachets and pouches give you an enormous amount of choice in terms of size, shape and dispensing method. They are suitable for a wide range of products, including liquids, granules or powder and have great shelf presence. In fact, anything that flows or falls can be dispensed into this versatile form of packaging, making them excellent replacements for bottles, jars and tubes or as samples before you launch your actual range in there larger containers.
Overwrapping
This prestigious form of polypropylene wrapping provides a first class finish to products that require a high end appearance.
Shrink Sleeving
WePack also provide a more refined variation of sleeve wrapping called shrink sleeving. This is used on individual products to add a tight film, again with open ends, that can be removed via a perforated tear off strip.
Vertical Form Fill Seal Bagging
Any loose flowing product that can be weighed and will fall easily is suitable for vertical bagging. This low cost form of packaging is generally used to create disposable pouches for consumables. It has a wide range of applications including sweets, granular food, pet treats and fertiliser – in fact we can bag just about anything!
Reworking
Here at WePack, we have experts in labelling, retagging and packaging who can reattach items that may have come loose in transit, remove or repair damaged objects and repackage goods so they are fit for the shop floor.
