The acquisition of Sovereign Labelling Machines Limited by the ENE Group in 2018 marked a significant expansion for both entities. Sovereign 140 Wraparound Labeller
Round Bottle Labeller Labelling Machine for Bottles, Cans and Jars The round bottle labeller range is offered in standard build and Monarch (extreme environment) versions. A single long label is applied and wrapped around the entire circumference of the predominantly circular product. The result is 360° product decoration. Bottle Labelling Machine Features Combines highly accurate label placement with very high-speed performance. Powerful A/C servo-driven label head. Built on a substantial stainless-steel frame with overhead control panel mountings. Modular options include spacing wheels, product infeed scrolls, infeed and outfeed rotary tables. Wide range of overprinting options. Four plane label head adjustments with scaling. Programmable operator touch screen interface The stored product set up recipes. Additional Add-ons To this machine, we can supply multiple modular add-ons. For instance, an additional label applicator and special wipe-down to attach and position a tamper-evident label to the cap and body… or a form of product spacing devices, such as a scroll or spacing wheel.

Sovereign Monarch Milk Bottle Labeller- Manufactured to suit a busy dairy environment Milk Labelling Machine Features: All stainless-steel construction. 300 bottle per minute No bug traps (open design to suit wash down). Designed specifically for the dairy industry. 0-90 metres per minute web speed (tested to 240 metres per minute web speed, 600 PPM delivery speed). Consistent and constant product pitching device. Designed and manufactured for minimal service requirements. Software compatible with coders and scanners, and configurable to suit customers’ specific requirements. Single or twin heads with auto change over. Extremely simple to operate. Advantages of a Monarch Milk Bottle Labelling Machine The Sovereign ‘Monarch’, as the ‘features’ highlight, is designed and manufactured to best suit the rigours of a busy dairy environment. The machine is not just a hybrid of a similar Sovereign system but represents a top to bottom re-evaluation of the dairy needs. The machine frame is of the most suitable space frame design and construction to prevent the possibility of ‘bug traps. The applicator multi-plane adjustment features complete wash down access, and in keeping with the overall concept of the machine is of all stainless-steel construction, as is the top hold stabilising belt and its associated adjustment. At the heart of the system is the Sovereign servo* drive assembly, a proven drive used throughout the Sovereign range. The motor-driven full spool unwind ensures that the applicator feed never ‘snatches’ the web whilst the waste rewind system also benefits from the innovative design. Again, balanced constant tension ensures the continuation of the ‘smooth’ feed system, an outstanding feature of the machine.
Sovereign Pelisse Stretch Sleever
Sovereign Pelisse Stretch Sleever: What is the Stretch Sleever Used For? The Sovereign stretch sleever is of stainless-steel construction, designed for round, square and rectangular containers to operate at up to 20 placements per minute. Individual sleeves are separated from a layflat roll by breaking apart perforations between sleeves. The sleeve is then stretch open and lowered over the product forming a close semi-permanent fit around it. The mechanism to apply the sleeve is servo-controlled to precisely position it on the product, while a touch screen interface is provided to make operational adjustments and to display the current machine status. Audio/visual low and end of film alarms, as well as multiple-machine monitoring facilities, are also fitted as standard. The unit is supplied with fully interlocked guarding to comply with current regulations. Features of the Stretch Sleeving Machine: Powerful A/C servo-driven application and stretching jaws. Stainless steel construction. Leaflet sleeves application – compatible. Perforation film separating system. Designed and manufactured for low cost of ownership. With options to include our servo-driven, Sovereign "Monarch" label applicator, you can ensure that labels are applied with a market-leading level of accuracy and consistency. "Three-panelling" allows you to accurately place a label around 3 faces of containers, offering a prominent shelf-presence, with branding on 3 separate faces.
