Blockout Shrink Sleeve Application
Blockout shrink sleeves provide a seamless solution for updating or rebranding pre-printed containers and cans. Utilising white material ensures full coverage without visible gaps, offering a polished finish. Ideal for: • Meeting local language or customs requirements for exports. • Rebranding without wasting existing printed stock. • Adjusting ingredient details due to supply chain changes. • Seasonal promotions or personalised campaigns like Christmas, Halloween or Valentine's Day.
Under-Tuck Shrink Sleeve Application
Under-tuck shrink sleeves deliver a premium, gap-free finish by tucking the sleeve under the container before shrinking. This technique eliminates the "smile" effect common with standard sleeves. Our advanced equipment achieves speeds of up to 250 units per minute depending on size, creating a professional, fully printed look suitable for most container types.
Standard Shrink Sleeve Application
With two state-of-the-art steam shrink sleeve lines, we produce up to 168,000 sleeved containers or cans daily. Our team combines 60 years of application experience with over 20 years of sleeve manufacturing expertise to ensure flawless results. Customisation options include: • Thermochromic (colour-changing when chilled). • Glow-in-the-dark effects for seasonal designs like Halloween. • Matte and gloss combinations. • Tactile elements for raised designs. • Blockout, metallics, and perforations. • Internal QR codes, variable data, and personalisation.

Ecommerce/eFulfilment

Integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok, Etsy, Amazon, and more, we guarantee same-day despatch for orders received by 12 PM. Partnerships with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri, and FedEx enable global shipping options. EcoFloat
Our in-house, highly energy efficient shrink sleeving helps clients cut waste by repurposing printed stock, supporting the circular economy without any unnecessary fuss. Thanks to our close partnership with CCL Industries, we use their innovative EcoFloat® sleeves – specially engineered to improve sink/float separation in recycling, ensuring both sleeve and bottle can be recycled properly. It’s ideal for brands moving away from printed PET bottles and looking to meet tighter sustainable logistics targets. Not quite ready to invest in your own sleeving equipment? No problem. Through our collaboration with BW Integrated Systems, we provide access to cutting-edge contract sleeving technology and sustainable sleeve materials, perfect for testing new products or handling smaller volumes.
