Filling & Capping
We provide contract filling and capping for beauty, skincare, and personal care products, from 1ml testers to large-scale production. Using industry-standard machinery, we ensure precision, consistency, and quality.
Cello-Wrapping
Also known as over-wrapping, our staff can apply a cello-wrap sleeve to your product with neatly folded and sealed edges, which is extremely popular for perfumes and other high value point of sale items. Cello-wrapping can be combined with any of our other services, or as a stand-alone service that provides an excellent presentation finish to products. Not only does cello-wrapping look neat, it also acts as a form of tamper evident seal, so the end user can identify that their product has not been tampered with prior to the sale. With your product protected in a layer of cellophane (cello-wrap), it will also benefit from a longer shelf-life, as well as added protection from scratching and moisture. The cellophane wrap that is used at our site is also biodegradable, making it an excellent choice for going green.

We make high-quality labelling machines right here in the UK. Our machines are built to be reliable, accurate, and easy to use, whether you’re running a small production line or a busy packing operation. We have two main types of machines: P Range: Simple, cost-effective machines that are perfect if you’re just starting with automation. They’re easy to use but still built to last. X Range: More advanced machines for fast-paced production. They’re super accurate and flexible, so they can handle all kinds of labelling jobs. Our machines can do everything from wraparound labels to front-and-back labelling, and we make sure you get full support with maintenance, spares, and technical help whenever you need it. Made in Britain, our machines are all about keeping your production smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
