Cylindrical Pill Jar

Suitable for both the VMS and cosmetics markets, Pont Packaging's new cylindrical pill containers offer a tall, slimline design for optimum shelf presence. Available in 150 and 200ml sizes, these elegant straight-sided jars with the continuous line of a full width closure provide a quality container for any pills and capsules.

PET Alpha Sirop range

In the pharmaceutical market, Pont has introduced a new large family of Sirop bottles in a lightweight PET material which offers an alternative to traditional glass and avoids the risk of potential breakage and spillage. The Sirop bottles come in a range of sizes and colours and all with standard 28mm ROPP necks which can take a range of plastic and metal screw caps as well as tamper-evident and child-resistant closures.

Glass Pacakging for Artisan Producers

Specifically targeting independent artisan food and drink manufacturers, its updated artisan offer includes Pont's Dorica bottles for dressings and oils, the Marasca range of square bottles to complement its square jars range and a choice of sauce bottles all in white flint glass. Recycled PET packaging

Are you sure your packaging is as sustainable as it can be? Is 100% recycled content the right way to go? Although 100% recycled PET would seem to be the ideal solution, consider the sustainability of the product against the resources of recycled PET raw material globally. Based on this, Pont suggest a recycled content of 30% to comply with the upcoming UK Plastic Tax for non-recycled plastic packaging. However, we’d be happy to discuss other percentages of recycled content on a project basis.

Bio-based packaging in HDPE & LDPE

Most of the existing PONT Packaging ranges in HDPE and LDPE can be manufactured using bio-based materials. They offer a sustainable alternative to traditional materials while providing the same technical performance.

Carafe bottle

Pont Packaging has re-engineered the traditional carafe bottle for a new generation, taking the classic curves of the elegant glass bottle and combining it with the practical advantages of modern equipment. We have created a glass carafe bottle that can be filled manually or on automated filling lines by adding a standard TWIST-OFF CLOSURE and a LARGE LABELLING AREA. Available sizes are: 150ml - TO43; 250ml - TO53; 500ml - TO58;

Dropper bottle PET

Pont Packaging is proud to present it's new dropper bottles in PET for secure and accurate dispensing of liquids with added advantages for modern use. Standard colours for CT caps

Pont supply a vast array of continuous thread closures in diameters from 38mm up to 135mm and are now giving customers further branding options with a spectrum of 16 standard colours to choose from. The range includes twelve colour shades as well as three metallics, and in keeping with Pont’s commitment to recyclability there is also a carbon black free. The closures can be produced with a matt or glossy finish to either complement or contrast with the container. The minimum order is just 25,000 units with bespoke production starting from 50,000 units and the streamlined range means that Pont can offer a quicker turnaround for delivery. Pont specialise in the personalisation of product packaging so have gone one step further with the added option of an embossed or debossed logo or text in the closures with no increase in minimum order quantity. An accessible way to make products unique, have them standing out on the shelf and deterring counterfeiting of high value items.
