PilloPak offers tailor-made packaging made out of lightweight corrugated paper. We are one of the leading producers of packaging for food, luxury and non-food products. PilloPak fulfills all relevant food regulations and is BRCGS Packaging Materials issue 7 - AA certified.
We are service-minded, do our developments in-house and are able to assure quick delivery. This includes small series, test series and samples.

Microflute tray - LockWell - Pastry packaging
The LockWell tray replaces conventional plastic trays for 12 mini pastries with a lightweight, paper-based solution that delivers superior performance with lower environmental impact. Supplied flat and formed automatically inline without glue, LockWell more than doubles pallet efficiency compared to plastic trays, significantly reducing transport emissions and storage space. The ovenable food-safe packaging provides excellent product protection (99% breakage-free), improved airflow during baking and a natural, artisanal appearance. After removing the film, consumers can now directly place the tray into the oven. Fully recyclable and PPWR-ready, LockWell proves that paper can outperform plastic in efficiency, functionality and sustainability.

We are a BRCGS-7 certified manufacturer that offers you a wide range of high quality FSC-certified papers made of primary fibres to minimize the migration of unwanted substances. Our solutions are 100% recyclable and therefore perfect for sustainable packaging solutions and as packaging alternative for plastics. Industrial baking, meat processing, fruits and vegetables trading, airline catering and convenience food are just a small range of industries we have developed bespoke packaging for.
Non-Food pacakging
The wide range of corrugated board packaging of PilloPak is excellently suitable for the industrial market. The optimal flute height of your industrial packaging, the cutted-lines and perforation in the flute make sure that the cardboard can easily be folded around corners and sides. Depending on the application, PilloPak can deliver the corrugated board in rolls (2 or 3 layers), formats or sleeve, as a die-cutted packaging, with or without print. Furthermore we can provide the corrugated board with specific properties, such as a grease-resistant and moisture-proof coating or shock absorbing qualities. Soft-Well® of PilloPak is an example of a shock absorbing, eco-friendly transport packaging made of corrugated board, which, at the same time, offers soft protection. Scratch sensitive products like gloss furniture, doors, glass, china, ceramics and coated materials are additionally well protected by Soft-Well®. PilloPak can also deliver the corrugated board as a protection and eco-friendly padding material for your product, from the roll. Together with a network of engineering consultants and machine constructors, we are working on a number of innovative packaging concepts to pack the corrugated board products from the roll. E-commerce packaging with use of our light-weight material offer unique opportunities to reduce weight and also costs.
Luxury packaging
PilloPak develops both inlays and complete packaging for your perfume and cosmetics products. For the purpose of a notable and unique product introduction special types of paper and processes are possible. This also applies for an optimal protection of sensitive products. Obviously we take the automatic or manual processing of these products into account. PilloPak attaches great value to optimization of your processes and we use as little material as possible in order to enable you to minimize your packaging costs. Our inner packaging offer an eco-friendly alternative to plastic inlays. PilloPak is service-minded, makes all of its developments in-house and is able to assure quick delivery, also where small series, test series and samples are concerned.
LockWell
The specially developed LockWell® construction is ideal for packaging cookies. The clever folding construction forms compartments in which the cookies can be packed separately from each other. This packaging is a good alternative to the current plastic blister packaging. German Design Award We are happy to announce that our LockWell paper tray has been awarded a German Design award. The winning design has 6 compartments and is a sustainable alternative packaging solution to an A-PET plastic tray. The paper tray is very lightweight and reduces the packaging weight by 3,6%. Also the packaging volume is reduced with 20%. In addition to that, the LockWell paper tray gives the customer a cost saving op 15%, which makes it a perfect alternative to plastic trays. Jury statement: The completely recyclable LockWell paper tray is significantly more sustainable than comparable solutions made of plastic and also less expensive.
