ECMA Award Winner Skin Mask Box
2019 Carton Excellence Gold Award Winner Combining different kinds of products within a box was the major challenge. This plain box securely stores and protects the ampoules, spray bottle and face masks. The aim was to apply a simple design so that every user could store and keep everything in place. In particular, the tray at the bottom of the box helps consumers to gain practical experience while using the product. Instead of a plastic tray and separators, the pack features a unique carton inlay.
ECMA Platinum Award 2019 with IK Skin Perfection
Carton Excellence 2019 Platinum Award Winner This box contains 100% natural cosmetic products to be used for skin care for cancer patients. Elegance and sustainability were the key elements in this pack, along with a design that was clearly simple but totally effective. In order to reflect the natural feeling, it is printed on uncoated material with a minimal design. Instead of plastic, the pack has cartonboard inlays that make the product visible and help the consumer to keep the cosmetic set together.

ECMA Award Winner Starskin Mask Box
The Starskin packaging is a book and a box in one. The structural design for this project is very difficult and complex. With a smart die cut it was possible to construct a book that could be produced as a box. The outcome is a smart looking book containing seven facial masks. The entire product is a great present for the consumer and reflects the high standard of the product itself. The book has many ways of folding, so that all parts of the printed paper are visible.
IK Skin Perfection Cosmetics Set
A solution which exemplifies the heritage of cosmetics. The cosmetics inside contain only 100 % natural products and this is reflected in the packaging that consists of FSC carton only. Printed on uncoated material, this gives that distinct natural feeling. This range of products looks entirely different on the shelf in the shops and distinguishes itself from the competition. Cartonboard was also used for the inlays to result in recyclable packaging. The embossing emphasises the traditional style of this range of packaging.

Pharmaceutical Box
International beauty guru Tom Sebastian has created a capsule that makes you look and feel younger. The structural designer, graphic designer and customer worked together to find the best pack. Although the box is complex to make, for the consumer it is a nice and easy to handle beauty case. Main goal was a two-walled envelope which can easily be filled. The development took seven months and the result even went beyond the customer’s requirements – an easy to fill envelope.

Boxes with Window Patching Application
Window patching is a printing technique where a thin plastic film is applied to a die cut window. The window allows customers to see the products before opening the package. Adding a film patch increases product visibility and is commonly used when packaging baked goods, cosmetics, toys and snacks.
