About us
Nu Film, Foil and Paper are a dedicated and specialist supplier of a wide range of materials to the Flexible Packaging Industry. We currently source and supply a many different packaging materials for a wide range of uses.
Films: BOPP and CPP, BOPET and BOPET lidding, PCR films, BOPE and EVOH.
Alufoil: Alloy 8079, 8011, heavy gauge, light gauge, heat sealable, paper/foil laminates.
Paper and board: Greaseproof, ovenable, parchment, grid lacquer, PE laminates, folding box board.
Working in partnership with a large number of major film, foil and paper manufacturers spanning the globe, we are able to provide clients with a vast range of quality assured printable products.

Products & services
Nu Alufoil
We can offer the most commonly used Alloys in Flexible Packaging such as 8079 but we can access all other alloys as required. We also offer foils from a wide range of rolling machines but predominantly our suppliers use Achenbach machinery.
Nu BOPP UCO
Working with a European film producer we now have access to a 1000 tonnes + of BOPP film produced from Used Cooking Oil (or UCO). Whilst the product still falls between the gaps in terms of UK and EU legislation it is accredited with ISCC PLUS. We think the mere fact that the film is derived from a used source makes it an interesting product for those suppliers keen to offer sustainable alternative films and food packaging products. The UCO comes from a reliable and plentiful source and is processed through a polymerisation plant on it’s journey to being returned to virgin PP resin. Our BRCGS accredited manufacturer then uses this resin to produce BOPP films indistinguishable from standard products.
Nu Flex - Barrier Papers
Nu Agencies are able to offer a wide range of barrier paper / paper based products for use in the flexible packaging sector. With demand for paper based packaging set to grow over the coming years, we can offer a wide variety of paper products to cater for all requirements. Produced in Scandinavia and Germany we can offer a vast array of different dispersion coated, machine coated or laminated paper grades. Their are a large number of coating types / laminates available to cater for all your barrier requirements and virtually any application.
Nu BOPET
Our range of clear BOPET products include a vast number of different combinations: a variety of co-extruded products, corona and chemically treated, untreated, high clarity and hazy and designed for use in a large range of different applications such as: Packaging, Lamination, Anti-skid, Boilable / Hot fill, Retort, Lidding and Labels
Nu CPP
Within our plain CPP range we can offer transparent films for: Printing and lamination - Bakery, Snack food, Textile wrapping and Board lamination and base film for metallisation on corona treated side.
Nu PCR
We are able to offer PET products that are sourced from both types of PCR resin. Our product offer includes the following options: 15 - 25 mics Heat Sealable & High Heat Seal Strength films for application to APET, CPET, PET G, Polyester coated boards and PVC An amorphous anti-mist film is also available in 15 - 30 mics We offer PCR films a variety of different sources and can offer the majority of our standard PET films with PCR content (up to 90%) with either chemical or mechanical resin. We are also able to offer OPP with bio-resin ISCC PLUS accreditation. We can offer all the required information to support our PCR supply e.g. OM7 test results
Nu BOPP
We offer a full range of BOPP films from 7 - 700 mics in a large variety of finishes, seals and barrier types. Heat Sealable - Our range of heat sealable BOPP products include products for: Printing and Lamination, Inner wraps, High speed packaging machines, Release liners, Base films for Aluvac Metallisation, Metallised film, Over wrapping, and a market leading combination of Transparent, Matt, Metallised, White Opaque, Pearlised, Cavitated, Antifog, Corona treated and Coated Non Heatsealable - Our extensive combination of films include products for: PSA Tape, Textile Bags, Reverse Printing and Lamination, Holographic embossing, Textile bags, Release liners, Aluvac metallisation, Gift wrap, Met film for sandwiches and Packaging and labelling Metallised - We offer a range of metallised films including: Base film for metallisation, Heat sealable, Non heat sealable, High heat seal, Normal, High and very high barrier, Corona treated, Glossy and Cavitated Speciality - Nu Agencies is able to offer a vast range of speciality BOPP products for virtually every application. Nu Kraft
PE Coated Kraft - Nu Opti Seal PE Made in Europe at one of the regions premier producers, our range of bleached kraft is available in a range from 44gsm - 99gsm. It can be sourced with virgin resin PE or a bio-based PE. All fully recyclable in the paper waste stream. Designed for applications where paper side of laminate is printed Can be used in heat sealable applications Good water vapour barrier Fibre content over 90% Suitable to be used in the most common printing methods
